Tong Kok Kwang

Er. Tong is the Managing Director, Energy Performance Contracting at G-Energy, driving the company’s vision of helping organisations achieve Energy saving goals through a suitable financing and service model.

He is a Singapore Professional Mechanical Engineer and Certified Facilities Management Expert (Tier 1) by SIFMA, widely recognised for transforming complex engineering challenges into measurable energy and carbon savings. His leadership has been instrumental in securing more than 50 BCA Green Mark Platinum certifications for Nanyang Technological University (NTU), including Singapore’s first and highest Green Mark Platinum Star Champion recognition. 

Under his guidance, the University achieved a remarkable 28% reduction in energy consumption through innovative Energy Performance Contracting initiatives. Honoured as the Green Facilities Manager of the Year 2017 by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC), Er. Tong continues to champion pioneering Net Zero and Super Low Energy Building solutions, positioning G-Energy at the forefront of sustainable engineering excellence.
