Choong Chow Neng is the Head of Engineering at G-Energy, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in delivering innovative HVAC Energy Optimization solutions that creates visible business value.

With nearly three decades of expertise in HVAC, energy management, and green building consultancy, he has played a pivotal role in expanding G-Energy’s operations across Southeast Asia while delivering complex retrofit and turnkey projects for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.

His portfolio includes iconic projects such as Seagate Manufacturing, Siltronic, Seiko and Hewlett Packard. A recognised industry educator, Chow Neng has lectured for the Singapore Certified Energy Manager, Green Mark Manager, Green Mark Professional, SIMTech Energy Efficiency programmes, and Malaysia’s GreenRE Manager certification, mentoring hundreds of engineers and sustainability professionals. His practical approach combines technical excellence with commercial insight, enabling clients to reduce energy consumption while improving operational performance and return on investment.
