Lim Jit Seng

Lim Jit Seng is the Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in the built environment and energy-efficiency sector. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and contributed to multiple businesses across the industry.

Before establishing G-Energy, Mr. Lim founded Aircond Network Pte Ltd in 2000, providing air-conditioning maintenance services, following 19 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager at York Singapore. Over the years, he has completed numerous energy-efficiency projects for ACMV systems.

At G-Energy, he provides strategic and financial leadership, mentors the senior management team, and actively contributes to partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. His expertise spans energy auditing, energy optimisation, project management, energy performance contracts, strategy and M&A.
