Yosef Lim

Yosef Lim holds a double portfolio of Country Manager of G-Energy Indonesia and Senior Regional Sales Manager. He drives Indonesia business growth in delivering high-impact energy efficiency and sustainable building solutions across commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and institutional sectors.

With over 25 years of engineering, HVAC, and energy efficiency and sustainable design experience. Notably, he led the first Green Mark Super Low Energy achievement with BCA Foresta Indonesia. He also spearheaded numerous complex building optimizations, helping clients reduce OPEX, CAPEX and achieve Green Building Certifications. Other projects include Autograph Tower, Rajawali Place, Capital Place and Lippo Malls.

Yosef serves on the Green Building Council Indonesia’s Technical Advisory Group, contributing to the development of national Greenship Rating Tools and advancing Indonesia’s green building transformation.
